In Citiyo Dreams, the reader is introduced to a seemingly ordinary young man named Cuidad, (Citiyo) Ramirez Jackson and a mysterious new guy named Jon. When they meet, they quickly discover that there are certain forces at play in their lives which have worked tirelessly to bring them together. Citiyo begins to sense the flow of time and events, and he realizes that fate seeks to bind people and places together in a shared destiny.
Citiyo accepts that there is no logic when it comes to love, and he witnesses how the power of this insight has the capability to heal the deepest emotional wounds, and overcome the powers of darkness, as it causes him to question the boundaries of what he always believed to be reality. He learns that his gift goes before him and prepares him for what lies ahead.
