Teirrah McNair is a dedicated people builder with unstoppable energy and an outrageous sense of humor. She is a winner of the Indies Unlimited Flash Fiction Contest as well as the Western Access Video Excellence (W.A.V.E.) award.

Her poignant testimony of overcoming a lifestyle of hiding out, first inside her head and then behind a wall of addiction, eminently qualifies her to encourage and train others to boldly step into their divine destinies. She is an ordained Christian minister with a unique blend of skills developed over the past 20 plus years. She graced auditoriums, schools, churches, museums, theater and film sets internationally with her prodigious talent as an actor, workshop facilitator and motivational speaker.

She spent 9 years as a literacy specialist assigned to a delightful group of 80 plus year old senior citizens as well as to hundreds of adults recovering from drug addiction. Her continuous goal was to empower her students to step up and speak out. In the interim, she created several one person shows to illuminate the causes of the students she worked with. San Francisco audiences will remember her critically acclaimed "Dirty Laundry" (now available on DVD) as well as her stint as the understudy for Whoopi Goldberg in "Moms". International audiences will likely recall her as the immortal Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune or as one of trio of characters in the revelatory drama entitled "Hiding Out".
McNair's most recent challenge has been about equipping people for success in the workforce and she has spent quality time teaching soft skills to youth and adults, especially those with multiple barriers to employment.

Nowadays, whether on the road speaking or in the San Francisco Bay Area where she serves as Associate Pastor for God's Hand Extended Christian Fellowship in Dublin, McNair is on a mission to equip her audience with well crafted strategies for successful living. Many of those strategies are included in her rapidly growing list of book titles published by Soul Shaping Publications. The adult titles are "The Way of Salvation" and "The Way of the Holy Spirit: How Sweet it is to be Led by Him". Children's titles are "Lucille Nadine Alexander's Birthday" and "The Adventures of Martin Tyrone Sanchez Dupree". McNair also blogs regularly for http://www.bencouraged.net
